Duties
- Responsible for the activities and control of all field operatives to the requirements of the work instructions.
- Installation of all products relating to FTTx OSP design requirements and standards
- The maximising of productivity whilst maintaining adherence to company procedures, including administration of all paperwork and liaison with the customers Site Representatives.
- The co-ordination of resources to maximise output.
- To enhance the company’s reputation by providing outstanding customer service and a quality product built to specification.
Key Requirements
- 5 years plus experience in OSP / FTTX design in relevant environment
- To manage all the OSP functions in the area allocated to the position to ensure complete end to end control of all activities
