Department: MFS Commercial
Location: Accra
Position: Manager, MFS Products and Services
Level: MTN Level 3
Reports to: Senior Manager, MFS Commercial

Job Summary:

•   Responsible for managing the development and monitoring of all MFS products and services with focus on advanced services such as Pensions, insurance, Savings, Micro lending etc. as well as manage remittance growth, both in the number of partners and sending corridors towards growing the overall MFS Revenue.

Job Role

•   Manage the development of all MoMo Product Concept Document (PCD)
•   Manage the development of new products and services to drive RGS and revenue growth.
•   Responsible for the management of all products and services with focus on advanced services
•   Responsible for growing contribution of advanced services to revenue.
•   Responsible for International Remittances business growth and development (number of partners & sending corridors)
•   Manage the development of marketing/sales literature for Mobile Money Products and services.
•   Provide relevant input in developing Mobile Money business plans and overall business strategy.
•   Manage the Product & Services’ team collaboration with the service delivery team (IS & MFS Operations) in the engagement of 3rd Party integrators/aggregators for product & Service design and implementation.
•   Manage the engagement with the MFS Field Sales Team in the implementation of Mobile Money products & services.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

•   A University Degree in Business or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

•   5 years relevant experience (experience in mobile financial services will be an advantage). With at least 3 years in a supervisory role
