Our Company is a leading Investment Banking Institution in Ghana with over 3 decades of continuous operations to its credit and seeks to engage a competent professional into the ahove-mentjoned position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Legal Associate reports directly to the Legal Counsel, and is responsible for:
- Assisting in the management of the legal recovery processes of the Company, as well as overseeing the work of external lawyers;
- Managing and overseeing the Company's relations with external stakeholders;
- Providing legal advice on all matters relating to the Company and all its businesses;
- Drafting, editing and reviewing legal documents;
- Managing and influencing decisions in a variety of functional areas, including but not limited to commercial transactions, intellectual property, labour and employment, corporate governance and compliance, government relations and regulation, among others.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
The position requires a Candidate with:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Law or its equivalent, who must be a Qualified Lawyer called to the Ghana Bar.
- At least 2 to 3 of years post call experience.
- Strong advocacy skills and litigation experience.
- Knowledge of investment banking operations; experience obtained in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
- Integrity: Being honest, truthful, and reliable.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Strong Networking Skills: Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships.
- Tenacity: Ability to persist in overcoming obstacles to success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
