Amalitech Ghana is a set up business that provides IT services to multinational customers.Through these services we offer a pathway for employment for graduates and technical skilled job seekers in Ghana. Our training centre will teach the necessary IT and digital skills and prepare employees for their respective roles. Job Description
We currently have job openings in Ghana for IT Analysts (Trainee). This opportunity is open to graduates (HND/Degree holders) who are willing to undergo training for a period of (Six) 6 months in basic IT/Digital and soft skills for subsequent employment at any of our Service Centres.
Position Details:
- Job Location: Ghana
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week
- Reports To: Director of Operations, Ghana
- Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
Job Summary:
This position will basically deliver IT/Digital services to our global partner companies according to specific directions from the immediate report whilst ensuring agreed standards are met. Total Quality Management is paramount at every stage of this job in order to meet demands of our cherished clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The specific responsibilities of a job holder would among other things include:
- Execute jobs that meet and exceed the expectations of your managers and clients/partners
- Ensure deadlines for delivery are always met without compromising on quality
- Undergo continuous training to acquire skills required to perform specific jobs and commit to continued technical and professional growth
- Interfacing with partners to understand their vision, goals and business problems.
Required Skills or Experience
Generally, the job holder is expected to possess an HND/Degree qualification (preferably in IT/Computer Science) and must fall within the age range of 21 to 35 years.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Good understanding of ICT
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- Effective and efficient time management skills
- Creative problem solver with apt decision making skills
- High cognitive ability required to grasp technical concepts
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent command of English Language

- Quest for continuous improvement through learning
- Must be a good listener
- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve set targets
- Strongly-motivated/ Self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve set targets
