Mepe Area Rural Bank is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of MANAGER.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To head the Bank as the CEO and Secretary to the Board.
- To implement policies of the Board.

- To effectively manage the Bank's affairs for better performance.
- To identify areas of business opportunities for the Bank.
- To build the brand image of the Bank and develop products and services to meet customer needs.
- To ensure that returns to the Central Bank and other statutory bodies are prepared and submitted in timely manner.
- To be responsible and accountable to the Board.
- To perform any other jobs that may be assigned by the Board.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate must possess:-
- A first degree in a business related field, ACIB, ICA (GHANA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification. Having a master's degree in a business related field will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of Ten (10) years banking experience, five (5) of which should be in management level.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Must be computer literate and must have a working knowledge in T24 Banking Software.
AGE LIMIT: Not above 50 years.
