RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure input to improve NES Global Talent supplier position with clients, processing improvement
- Successfully supporting tenders
- Work closely with regional peers to support development of business opportunities.
- Work closely with client to ensure expectations are met. Strong attention to detail on performance delivery against agreed objectives with client
- Regular attendance to clients operation, ensuring visibility and productive services.
- Engage in networking and direct client engagement activities with growing or lucrative client opportunities
- Manage the immigration process for expatriate hires
- Represent NES Global Talent externally, in a manner which allows you to efficiently identify client needs and new business opportunities
- Oversee the implementation of significant business wins into NES Global Talent, and ongoing management of key customer relationships
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years' experience in operations, with extensive working knowledge of the oil and gas market.
- Demonstrable experience in strategy implementation and successful deployment in the oil & gas recruitment sector
- Proven track record in major client interface
- Demonstrate expertise in developing market growth opportunities
- Ability to develop teams where required
- Excellent communicator with strong internal and external presentation skills (written & verbal)
- Extensive experience in immigration matter
