SENIOR ESTATE OFFICER - 1
QUALIFICATION:
First degree in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Land Economy or Estates Management with four years of working experience
DUTIES
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of all landed properties, equipment etc.
- Confirming the validity of valuation certificates issued by consultants.
- Supervision of artisans, cleaners and labourers
- Arranging and negotiating leases and lease renewals
SALARY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
Remuneration shall be subject to the conditions of service of the institution and the Single Spine Salary Structure.
