Job Description:
• Computed and record totals of transactions on a daily basis and recorded data
• Calculated total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales
• Answered customers questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
• Ensured that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
• Maintained awareness of all promotions, advertisements and new product samples
• Introduces staff on appropriately handling difficult and complicated sales.
• Increased profits through effective sales training and troubleshooting profit loss areas
Trained and developed new associates on POS system and key sales tactics
• Identifies poor work habits to improve process and effectiveness.
• Manage staff of 26 cashiers
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND/ BSc/BA in relevant field
Salary: GHS 1500-1800
Location: Tema
