Manya Krobo Rural Bank is seeking to recruit a Legal Officer.
Main Responsibilities
• Represent the bank in all cases
• Review and draft all legal instruments
• Review and draft correspondence to external entities
• Provide legal advice for management and the board of directors
• Act as Secretary to the Board of Directors
• Assist the human resource department in all labour issues relating to the bank
• Co-ordinate cases with external solicitors
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the board of directors
Qualification Required& Experience
• LLB Degree, a minimum of 2 years at the Ghana Bar
• Experience in the banking sector is an added advantage
Competencies Required
• Analytical skills
• Must be knowledgeable in company law practice
• Must be knowledgeable in laws related to banking
• Must have experience and be competent in litigation
• Must be called to the Ghana Bar
