A reputable law firm is seeking to hire a young and dynamic individual to fill a Legal Associate role.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Handling of Court briefs and dispute resolution
- Researching into case law
- Writing legal opinions and reports
- Representing clients at meetings
- Any other duties
Required Skills or Experience
- An LLB degree in Law or its equivalent and must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Problem Solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong network ing skills: Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships
- Integrity and honesty
- Working knowledge of Company law would be an added advantage
