Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
We are searching for a talented visual storyteller, with the ability to creatively engage our targeted audiences with compelling photo and video contents. This role is an opportunity to work with and build a global brand for global audiences. The role involves travelling within the region to capture and tell the impact stories of Farmerline’s work. The candidate must be able to produce original works that are aligned with the organisation’s focus and deliver on the organisation’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Originating and developing all communication materials in the form of video, audio and photography
- Editing video, audio and photography contents
- Take part in creative development sessions - coming up with original ideas for content and how to best serve our audiences
- Travel and visit project sites to gather information and visuals for documentaries and publications

- Ensuring the brand messaging, look and feel are always obeyed and are consistent across board
- Work with media and creative organisations to deliver clear and consistent messaging to targets
- Drive the growth and brand awareness of the organisation through content generation
Requirements:
- Creativity and originality
- Ability to develop and edit videos and other visual materials
- Ability to communicate compelling storylines and themes that are aligned with the organisation’s focus
- Great copywriting abilities
- Technical photography skills
- Patience and concentration
- Attention to detail
- Strong people and networking skills
- Great team player
- Strong proficiency in using professional recording devices: pro cameras, drones, VR Cameras etc
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative suite tools or other professional video/photo editing tools
- A bachelor’s degree/ or HND in Photography, film, art, design, media studies or related field
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in photography, videography and editing
- A portfolio of compelling video and photography works/projects
