Job Purpose: The institution seeks to hire a Head of Academics who will provide outstanding skills to develop and maintain the academics standards of the institution. The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in Education, hospitality or relevant.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in Education or hospitality.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Leadership and management.
- Responsible for teaching and students.
- Responsible for academic research.
- Responsible for all academic staff.
- Developing academic calendar and forecast.
- Ensuring that the quality of the institution is not compromised.
