Responsibilities
• Collection and management of customer claims for credit limit insurance
• Handle & manage cross referencing for the sales department via Bosch’s online applications
• Track and follow-up performance of digital ordering from customers.
• Track and update performance on delivery mode from confirmed orders (shipment mode, order planning, …)

• Support in translation of documents (English / French)
• Support the effective implementation of sales-out campaigns
• Measure performance of sales campaigns
• Support with the coordination of sales/workshop events
• Assist with ad hoc reportings and Consolidation of sales materials
• Periodic market visits to ascertain market and competitive information
• Responsible for capturing and updating minutes during sales meetings
Competencies and qualifications
• University degree in marketing or communication
• Communicate effectively with high attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to multitasks; proactive, "can do attitude"
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, powerpoint
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong coordination skills & target orientation.
• Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels
• Language: Fluent English & French (speaking & writing);
• Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
• High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationships
• Able to work within flexible hours
Duration
• 6 months contract
