Our company is seeking a Human Resource Manager who can provide professional service to the business by supporting effective relationships with line managers. Overall responsibility for the efficient running of the Human Resource Department by providing a full spectrum of operational & strategic HR service at Management Level. The mission of this role will be basically to support the company achieve performance and quality.
Responsibilities and key skills
- Performance Management: coordinate and deliver performance management programme to drive a high-performance culture.
- Recruitment and selection: facilitate, direct and manage the recruitment and selection process
- Learning and development: implement and monitor effectiveness of training by liaising with HODs.
- Establish and maintain efficient records management and HR information systems.
- Provide support to managers in the interpretation of HR policies, procedures and programs consistent with the business demands.
- HR Administration assuring the labor law and local government rules and practices.
- Payroll management in conjunction with the finance department

- Contracts administration
- Outsourcings interface & management
- Workforce planning (recruitments, shifts, turnover, etc.)
- Support HODs to implement the HR policies and procedures
Co-ordinate the design and implementation of training programs focused on legal, safety and technical aptitudes and attitudes in an operations environment
- Liaise with Executive Management to ensure effective internal communication process.
- Develop and implement HR policies, HR procedures, HR systems, and HR structures which promote equal opportunity, trust and confidence among staff and enable line management to manage and motivate staff as well as being the custodian of such policies and procedures.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration with HR focus and MBA (Human Resource Management
- Minimum of two years’ work experience.The successful candidate should be willing to learn and make impact on the job.
Key Skills
- Should have not less than two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Should have good writing and organizational skills
- Good human relations and a good communicator
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solver
- Ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures
