The prospective applicant when appointed will report directly to the Executive Committee and he/she will be responsible for carrying out the club's policies and directives.
The Club Manager is responsible for the dayqo-day administration of the club. He/she will directly manage all properties of the club which includes the golf course, security and any other assignment as directed by the Executive Committee to ensure the synergy of all club activities are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in business administration, engineering, hospitality or facilities/estates management, or related field of study from an accredited polytechnic or university.
- Consistent track record of employment with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Expertise in service excellence and high-end recreational programmes.
- Have ability to manage an association such as a golf club and hospitality business
- Demonstrated professional track record in the areas of:
- Financial Management
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Human Resource Management
- Information Technology
- Excellent Communication Skills, business writing, meeting facilitation
