Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
Fan Milk Limited, a multinational manufacturing company in the food and beverages industry is urgently looking for an experienced and results-oriented person for the position of Consumer Insights Manager.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Consumer Insights Manager will beresponsible for the management of key market & consumer research; tracking brand health dashboards; providing insightful consumer feedback into new product development, in line with business strategy.
Eligible candidates must:
- Possess a good first degree in Marketing, Business or any related discipline. A relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
- Have a minimum 5 years working experience in a related/relevant function (i.e. Consumer Insights/Research/ Marketing) with project management experience
- Be able to manage & monitor Commercial Dashboards to help in business decision (BHT/ Media Monitoring, Retail Audit / ROI, etc) – Develop the Brand Dashboard Tracker for decision making.
- Design, implement and report on all consumer & trade research for businessdecisions, including the number of researches commissioned and completed with reports and action plans
- Manage new product development and project management insights to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Be a good planner and be able to meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrate leadership in managing cross functional stakeholders.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of French will be an advantage
- Have excellent computer (MS Office) and analytical skills
- Be a self-starter, autonomous and demonstrated ability to bring new unsolicited ideas and solutions to the table
