Location: North Ridge, Accra
Salary : GHS2500-3,000 gross per month (as a contractor therefore subject to WHT of 7.5%)
Willows Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to be in charge of facilities and property management across a number of sites. The applicant must be familiar with issues surrounding facilities and property management and be committed to providing excellent service to all clients. The applicant must be energetic, hard-working, flexible, a peoples person with excellent attention to details. The person must be ready to join a dynamic team.

Job description:
- implement a facility management program including regular cleaning, preventative maintenance, and management of all on site facilities
- manage facilities officers across multiple properties
- assist with the move in process for occupants
- conduct and document regular facilities inspections
- supervise maintenance and repair of communal facilities and equipment
- plan and manage central services such as security, cleaning, waste disposal and parking
- obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
- calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximise cost-effectiveness
- check completed work by contractors and vendors
- prepare and track facility budget
- monitor expenses and payments
- generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
- Serve invoices and collect payments efficiently from homeowners and residents
- Respond quickly and efficiently to requests and issues from residents and other clients
- communicate effectively with landlords and tenants in a discreet and respectful manner
- manage database of units, owners, tenants, maintenance log in the required software
- Manage Electricity billing
- Manage a team of facility and maintenance officers and liaise with maintenance manager(s) and senior staff including the Directors
