Toldo is an IT service provider with innovation at the center of its activities. We are looking for individuals who share our passion about disruptive technologies to join us at our Accra office. The Administrative Assistant will join a team of professionals with over 20 years of combined experience in IT, Telecom and ISP services.
Responsibilities
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Receive external correspondence (phone/mail/letter etc) and relay to team members
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Manage calendar for the team
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Perform basic accounting such as petty cash handling and weekly reconciliation

Required Skills or Experience
Skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet and online collaboration tools
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office accounting and cash handling.
Qualification and experience
- Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Secretarial qualification would be a plus.
