Role & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to coordinate our Accra sales team (4-5 people).
- The main responsibilities will be:
- Being responsible for Net Sales Target for his assigned territory
- Being responsible for driving growth of existing products as well as launching of any new product in his / her assigned territory.
- Handling redistribution model of the sales
- Establish, maintain & expand customer base in his territory with the help of his team.
- Developing & implementing sales strategies in his assigned territory.
- Setting sales targets for individual Sales Executives and his team as a whole
- Generating required MIS accurately from his assigned territory as per pre decided fixed frequency in order to help management take right decisions related to pricing, promotion etc.
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years' Experience in current Role as ASM in reputed FMCG company
- Should have handled redistribution model of the sales
- Should be able to handle team of 4-5 sales personnel
