Individual will be expected to basically:
- Serve customers who visit to buy a drink
These qualities are plus:
- Young (below/not too far from 20yrs)
- Hardworking
- Having a vision to scale the business
- Transparent and accountable
- Having a vision of self development
- Having personal goals, and aspirations
Base salary : from GHc 400. Plus weekly sales commissions
