InfoView Data Solutions (IDS) is an educational technology & consulting company with headquarters in West Trasacco (Adjiringanor), Accra.
Our products and services are used by private schools in the pre-tertiary level for school management and education quality improvement. We have teams and customers in Ghana, Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire and Equatorial Guinea.
REQUIRED PROFILE FOR JOB AD : SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVES
- Must be a self disciplined, self motivated and a good team player;
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Must consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
- Maintain an outstanding relationship with customers;
- Work with Customer Support Lead through Sales Team Lead to coordinate setup of new schools; and provide all necessary data and communication for customer support;
- Work with Customer Support Lead through Sales Team Lead to coordinate training of new; schools and provide all necessary data and communication to customer support;
- Up sell and cross sell our existing customers with new products and services;
- Establish a sufficient amount of school visits to achieve your pipeline and monthly sales plan;
- Must assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, as needed;
- Responsible for managing all sales activities in the territory assigned to you;
- Must Initiate the development of an action plan to penetrate new markets;
- Must maintain a passing grade towards your sales certification through InfoView;
- Must adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics;
- Must have proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organizations;
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment;
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, Gmail;
- Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills;
- Must be highly energetic and a self-starter;
- Must gave good decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills;
- Should be honest, assertive and systematic;
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics required;
- Must close/sign a minimum of 20 schools annually.
