Downtown Travel & Tours is looking for a sales-driven travel sales rep who is customer-focused and passionate about travel.
As a travel sales rep, you’ll engage with customers both over the phone and via email, building rapport, identifying options and tailoring packages suitable to their requirements, cross-selling where necessary and maximizing the sales of all ancillary products.

- Literate and numerate with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
- Experience of working in the travel / airline industry is essential
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Experience in the contact center environment preferable but not essential
