A reputable hotel outside Greater Accra Region is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a Digital Marketing / IT Officer. This position requires a selfless person with talent of creativity.

Responsibilities
• Develop weekly social media content and plan based on target market
• Daily update of all hotel social media handles with contents following approval from It Manager
• Execute hotel's data protection policy
• Update hotel website with approved promotion and contents weekly
• Monitor and respond to guest comments, messages and feedback on all digital platforms of the hotel
• Develop and design hotel media and promotional adverts sich as Graphic Media Adverts, Billboards, Brochures, Flyers etc
• Responsible for improving website SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Develop a database to monitor complaints and requests sent to the programmes/IT Department
• Responsible for the fixing of projectors and public address systems for conferences and events

Qualification required & experience
• Degree or higher diploma in IT or Graphic Design
• 2+ related years of experience from a similar work
• Must be willing to relocate outside Accra
