We ( Westfields Real Estate ) are seeking an energetic candidate ( Administrative Assistant ), dedicated and willing to go above and beyond when needed.The ideal candidate Must have a strong understanding of the transaction process,must be able to manage transactions with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed, and have a sense of urgency to get things done immediately when required. The candidate must work well with a minimum of supervision. This person must be energetic and have a good and positive attitude.
Job Qualification & Experience
- Must be computer savvy
- Must have knowledge of transaction Management
- Client database management
- Social media marketing
- Marketing tasks and campaigns
- Be able to do write ups for MLS, brochures and ads
- Obtain and input new listing information in Bright
- Email marketing and management
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a professional, efficient and consistent manner
- Assist with daily administrative functions
- Must be capable of running errands, installing signs when needed
- Must be computer savvy and be able to create and update website changes
- Must be able to interact with clients and service providers as an extension of the Agent.

Degree/HND/MASTERS. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
