Qualification Required & Experience
• Must be able to identify correct rigging gear
• Must be able to inspect rigging gear for safe utilisation
• Must be able to perform machine rigging
• Must be able to perform shart rigging
• Must be able to compile simple lift plans
• Must have sound knowledge of crane operations and signals
• Must be able to perform vertical and horizational rigging safely
• Must be able to splice steel lifting wire
• Must be able to perform various knots
• Must be able to identify the appropriate PPE for the respective rigging tasks
