HUMAN RESOURCE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a First Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Job Duties:

  • Assist the CA & HR Manager to ensure a positive public image of Bsystems through various Marketing campaigns
  • Support the HR process(such as recruitment, training and development)
  • Provide Administrative Assistant to immediate Supervisor
  • Support the development and maintenance of the internal system for staff
  • Coordinate a range of activities for the executive team(meetings, events, minutes  and filing)
  • Assist immediate supervisor in procuring supplies, equipment and services
  • Relieve Front Desk Executive when called upon.
  • Assist Supervisor to monitor and review information on Company's website.
  • Manage the department in the absence of the Corporate Affairs and Human Resource Manager.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
