HUMAN RESOURCE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a First Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Job Duties:
- Assist the CA & HR Manager to ensure a positive public image of Bsystems through various Marketing campaigns
- Support the HR process(such as recruitment, training and development)
- Provide Administrative Assistant to immediate Supervisor
- Support the development and maintenance of the internal system for staff
- Coordinate a range of activities for the executive team(meetings, events, minutes and filing)
- Assist immediate supervisor in procuring supplies, equipment and services
- Relieve Front Desk Executive when called upon.
- Assist Supervisor to monitor and review information on Company's website.
- Manage the department in the absence of the Corporate Affairs and Human Resource Manager.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
