A leading provider of IT Infrastructure service solutions for medium and large scale private and public institutions. The company has developed a reputation for delivery of cost-effective solutions for its clients in the mining, energy, banking and services sectors. The company is experiencing growth and is embarking on developing new products and services for its clients and in support of this, is seeking the above position.
Key Tasks And Accountabilities:
- Responsible for promotion and sales of various products to prospective customers
- Identify and capture new business opportunities from the targeted market
- Submission of weekly plan and reports of customer visits to immediate supervisor
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact, meetings and via telephone
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specification
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current and future markets
- Must be able to sell to achieve set targets

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of HND in Marketing
- Minimum of three (3) working years of sales and marketing
- Skills And Competencies Required
- Must be a responsible but aggressive sales officer,
- Possess good communication skills,
- Must have credible character references,
- Must possess good computer skills,
- Effective written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision
