Job Description
• Typing of documents
• Assisting in the development, editing, formatting, preparation and proof-reading of documents
• Responding promptly to general enquiries / requests from clients or partners whether in person, by phone, email, whatsapp, etc.
• Assisting Supervisor(s) in the day-to-day business activities
• Coordinating the activities and operations of the sales and marketing team.
• Assisting in the administration of the business website(s) and social media outlets.
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualification Required & Experience
• Competence in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet usage
• Excellent typing skills on a PC (35 WPM or above)
• Great attention to details / editorial skills
• Exceptional communication, sociability/friendliness and customer-service skills
• Very knowledgeable in the use of Social Media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
• Highly Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Twi (spoken)
• Ability to think quickly and respond appropriately to issues
• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve set targets
• Ability to efficiently work independently with little or no supervision
• Hardworking, honest, humble/respectful and reliable
• Working knowledge of Graphic Designing is an advantage
