Job Profile
Plan and execute HR Management activities of Ghana, reporting to HR Director, in accordance with guidelines and corporate HR policies, to achieve the recruitment, retention, motivation and qualification of personnel necessary for the country’s target, and maintain an appropriate working environment and labor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Study and analyses the particular circumstances of the organization in Ghana, that enable an in-depth knowledge of the business.
- Proactively identify needs and areas of development regarding HR matters of the organization to propose efficient solutions for the detected requirements.
- Participate and/or develop improvement initiatives or solutions, in coordination with the HR department, to guarantee the continual improvement in the management of personnel.
- Channel, where necessary, the needs of the Business towards the specialist of the corresponding Human Resources area to assure the best response and the best specialized service.
- Prepare salaries for employees
- Following labor law, regularly inform the hierarchy about changes and implement it and the local procedures,. Guaranteeing their correct payment and administrative procedures.
- Be responsible for the recruitment processes, to guarantee the recruitment of the best candidates for each vacancy.
- Implement training plan, ensuring the standard of quality of the training activities and their alignment with company’s strategic plan.
- Coordinate HR administration and payment in order to guarantee internal equity and external Competitivity in compensation and benefits
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree. Specific education in HR management very valued
• Experience in an HR Manager role (10 years minimum)
• Good understanding on compensation and benefits management
• SAP HR experience mandatory
• English mandatory. French valued
