A reputable Private Security Company in Accra with operations in employing male and female guards as well as supplying tracking and security devices seeks to employ Account Officer. Responsibility:
- Generate invoices for clients
- Liase with other regional managers to generate their invoices
- Ensure that clients payments are collected monthly or otherwise as per the terms of
- Contracts
- Oversee the recording of payments made by clients
- Take particular note of timely settlement of other business expenses and statutory obligations to suit the best interest of the company
- Ensure the correct coding and of expenses and fixed assets
- Maintenance of fixed assets register
- Ensure accurate debtors balances
- Other duties assigned by the Managing Director or Manager
Remuneration: Attractive Salary based on qualification and experience
Required Skills or Experience
The ideal candidate for the position of an accounts officer must have a minimum of Degree or HND in Accounting from an accredited Tertiary Institution
Key Requirements:
- Ability to drive is an added advantage (must possess a valid driver’s license)
- At least a minimum of 3 or more years’ experience of Marketing is required
