Job Description
• Identify and drive business opportunities to maximise company's prospects
• Provide comprehensive technical knowledge in the preparation of Bills of Quantities for Tender purposes and exhibit detailed knowledge of post-contract procedures
• Provide leadership for Junior Quantity Surveyors
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the Procurement Act and procedures of the Ghana Procurement authority
• Be able to advise on preliminary cost estimates for new projects
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must be a member of Ghana institution of surveyors with 15 years post-qualification experience
• The 15 years experience must be in a consultancy role as Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Possess the ability to manage own time to meet project requirements
• Have excellent communication skills English, both written and verbal
• Have experience of working with a diverse range of cultural, skill and experienced background
