Job Purpose
• To establish the framework for an integrated and comprehensive policies and plans for systematic modern technology and software applications in teaching and learning
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop policy options, advice, strategies and plans in the area of designing instruction technology for improved teaching and learning
• Coordinate and facilitate the mainstreaming of computer applications and related technologies for delivering education
• Work with a team of technical professionals to advice on the development of computer training materials
• Liaise with vendors and sector agencies to monitor computer labs of institutions to ensure compliance and regular update of technology
• Establish a portfolio of plans and projects with the view of addressing special interest and/or inadequacies in the IT infrastructure of institutions
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must possess a Master's Degree with research experience from an accredited tertiary institution
• A minimum of 10 years of post qualification relevant working experience
