Toldo is an IT service provider with innovation at the center of its activities. We are looking for individuals who share our passion about disruptive technologies to join us at our Accra office. The Web Developer will join a team of professionals with over 20 years of combined experience in IT, Telecom and ISP services.

Responsibilities
- Use of Wordpress, HTML & CSS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Suite (as design is still an integral part of this role)
- Development with MySQL, SQL, PHP, JavaScript, XHTML, jQuery, API’s, MVC, Database Maintenance,
- Databases, database filters, e-commerce & payments, user registration | log in, data security, user to user web/app-based communication.
- Enterprise Portal Design for team collaboration (SharePoint, Confluence)
- Development using Objective-C, Swift and/or Java, Ruby, RoR, R, SSH, Linux/JBOSS EAP
Required Skills or Experience
- Ability to work independently yet be a very strong communicator
- Knowledge of current digital best practices and technology
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytic skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
- Detail oriented and Creative thinker, willing to collaborate and contribute to team discussions
- Ability to articulate clients vision through creative briefs, icons, and similar tasks
- Knowledge of education technology solutions
Qualification and experience
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Software Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Web Development: 2 years (Required)
- Developing and deploying cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS or Google Cloud
