Qualification Required & Experience
• Be a professional teacher
• Have a professional teacher's certificate
• Hold a Bachelor's degree with 20 years of continuous teaching experience after graduation or hold a master's degree with 15 years of continuous teaching experience after graduation
• Be between 55 and 65 years of age
• Reside in Accra and its surroundings
• Must be computer literate
• Have working knowledge of the Montessori system of teaching and the Ghanaian cirriculum
• Be head or assistant head on retirement or in active service of a grade A public or private second cycle school for at least 5 years
