GHS Housing Limited is searching for an Accounts Officer in Accra to fill its position.
Details of Responsibility
- Maintain and keep daily payouts and also report on payments made by close of each day
- Prepare bank reconciliations at the end of every month
- Maintain proper document of financial records by posting accurately all payment vouchers and all bills and invoices to appropriate accounts
- Liaise with Procurement Officer to maintain accurate records of invoices and receipts for purchases made to the stores
- Handle all records pertaining to the corporate expenditure of the business
- Prepare a forecast of weekly and monthly expenditure items
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in Tally Software is an advantage
- Carry out other assignments by the Finance Manager
Qualification
- A degree or HND in Business Administration
- A minimum of 2 years work experience
- Being a student of CIMA, ACCA or CA is an added advantage
