Job Description
Objective:
Customers must be satisfied with the services provided by the company and this role is to make that happen by providing quality customer service with F&B in exchange for money.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking guest order
- Maintain a clean and hygienic condition for all small wares and service area.
- Obtain requested items from the storeroom.
- Maintain excellent grooming and appearance standard at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Collect payments from customers
- Prepare accurate sales report
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems.
- Report to management of irregularities and illegal activities.
- Helping in any area of the location when circumstances dictate.
Required Skills or Experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to work in a highly busy environment
- Mathematically inclined
- Good looking /Presentable
