Job Purpose:
- To plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities and staff of an organization. An individual in this role is in charge of the administration of policies and programs and is additionally responsible for overall company morale.
- Human resources managers should be well-versed in the areas of communication and mediation.
- They should also posses an analytical mind and a strong personal code of ethics.
