Job Description
Sales Trainee Program (Sales Internship training programme)
- Clean Team is offering young people the opportunity to undergo skills acquisition training through a one-month internship program in our company. The primary objective is to help develop the skills of trainees in the area of sales and customer acquisition, to enable them secure a permanent sales role at Clean Team Ghana, whilst contributing to tackling Kumasi’s existing sanitation challenge.
- The training program will provide trainees with hands on field experience in customer prospecting, onboarding, and communication. During this period, trainees will be mentored to;
Key Duties
- Perform daily sales
- Understand quality customer service
- Demonstrate and present the Clean Team Toilet
- Establish new sales leads
- Maintain accurate records
- Attend sales events and activities
- Review sales performance
- To achieve sales targets

Required Skills or Experience
- Good communication and people skills.
- Have strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Must be Fluent in English and Twi. Ability to speak Hausa will be an added advantage.
- Have a positive attitude to new learnings.
- Candidates must be based in Kumasi.
- SHS leavers are especially encouraged to apply.
