Purpose
• The Principal Consultant (PC) - is the operational lead at the company and is responsible for the day-to-day operations with an oversight responsibility for 3 Departments. The PC performs strategic engagement with the Partners to initiate and drive the company's growth agenda
Key Roles
• Support with the continuous innovation and development of technical operations to ensure consistent quality assurance of the company's technical deliverables
• Lead strategic initiatives to expand on the company's presence on the market
• Engages key partners to drive business development and market penetration efforts
• Lead strategic media engagements and presentations to key stakeholders including professional association, Board of Directors, management team, etc
• Support with the continuous innovation and development of programmes and initiatives to ensure consistent quality assurance of the company's training programmes
Qualification Required & Experience
• Master's degree in any business related field
• At least 5 to 8 years post qualification experience
• Additional qualification is law will be an advantage
