Qualification Required & Experience
The ideal candidate should:
• Hold a first Degree in social science, Political sciences, Law, Development Studies, Human Rights, International Relations, Social Work, Child Welfare or Psychology. A master's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
• Applicants living or residing in and around the job location have an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Strong technical knowledge of advocacy techniques and marketing/communications strategies/channels
• Good organizational & managerial skills
• Excellent oral/written communications skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation and across cultures
• Strategies thinker combined with practical "can-do" attitude
• Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong relationships building skills and the ability to inspire others
• Have proven knowledge in Microsoft office suite
• should be a team player and have a strong collaborative and team building skills
• Have ability to work in a non-partisan manner, sensitive to ethnic and cultural differences
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
