Responsibilities include:
- Checking the accuracy of extractions and accurate material quantities
- Inspecting and presenting reports on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis
- Visiting projects sites and clients where necessary
- Channeling sales marketing problems facing field workers to marketing manager
- Ensuring that Estimators are adequately trained
- Updating information in the company’s CRM software
- Monitoring and updating management on potential projects in the industry
- Generating weekly reports on activities
- Any other assignments as and when required
Must Read: Secrets to a successful career in life
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of an HND in Building Technology or related subjects.
- Minimum 6 years construction experience; 3 of which must have been in a supervisory capacity within the roofing industry.
- Significant knowledge and experience on Design Build projects, and complex competitive bid projects.
- Proven track record of success working internally with an operations team and externally with Owners, Architects/Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of APPLICARD would be an advantage
