Job Description
- Assist in processing and preparing financial and business forms for the purpose of facilitating purchases, and administration
- Assist in performing routine calculations to produce analyses and reports
- Assist in managing individual accounts
- Create, send, and follow up on client invoices
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
- Assist in ensuring all calculations and data entries are correct
- Assist the Head of Finance in creating basic reports on a regular basis
- Adhere to the organisation's financial policies and procedures
- Answer questions and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed
- Attend finance department and company-wide meetings
- Assisting with financial reporting to manager
Required Skills or Experience
- HND or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field
- Understanding of data privacy standards, integrity, honesty, customer-service skills
- Solid communication skills; both written and verbal
- Superior attentions to detail; organisational skills, planning, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, computer skills - particularly with spreadsheets and calculation softwares.
