MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To inform and to coordinate the making of the Strategic Plans from the perspective of the totality of the products under his/her responsibility, to establish a frame of reference to the activity of Marketing in the long term.
- To direct and to coordinate the making and integration of the Plans of Marketing of the products under his/her responsibility to guarantee the coherence of these with the strategic targets of each brand.
- To direct and to coordinate the making (preparation) of the operative plans that stem from the Plans of Marketing, as well as to realize a pursuit of its implementation, to assure its fulfillment and its correct development.
- To realize the analysis and pursuit of the evolution of the market to identify its tendencies and to evaluate the possibility of tackling new projects.
- To impel the change and the innovation in the company to optimize the relations between departments and to encourage the synergies between them. ?
- To identify new opportunities for product innovation
IDEAL EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGES
- Strong Marketing background in a FMCG company (at least 10 years)
- Business Administration/Marketing degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good people management skills
