Key Duties
- Grows client portfolio by prospecting for new business.
- Conducts research on prospective client portfolio and advice.
- Works with supervisors of the hospitality unit in meeting client requirements and deliverables.
- Enforces recruitment procedures and standards.
- Implement client retention program on monthly basis.
- Organizes and facilitates training sessions of the Hospitality unit
- Carry out any other work related duties assigned.

- First Degree in Human Resource Management & Development with one year post qualification experience.
- Confident and Assertive
- Willing to work in a fast paced working environment
