Job Description
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager
Responsibility
- Liaise with production team for available Finish Goods for dispatches.
- Prepare for sales orders for deliveries
- Organize for stock verification /Counts.
- Ensure stock entries are done on ERP
- Supervise Raw Material and Finished Good warehouse workers as well as loaders
- Ensure loading and off Loading of goods as per sales order/packing list
- Shipment and receiving of RM and FG to v warehouse and production
- Liaise with sales distributors to follow up on goods receipt and correct anomalies if any.
- Liaise with transporters to convey goods to various distributers.
- Prepare picking/packing invoices.
- Posting of GRA as per physical receipts items. (Way Bill).
- Organize overtire fore timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with procurement team on stock refill to avoid possible shortages.
- Arrange inventory and check- ups.
Required Skills or Experience
- Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s Degree /HND in Supply Chain Management
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG Sector
