JOB TITLE: Technical Sales Officer (Building & Hardware products)
Role Summary:
• Relationship building.
• Researching the market and related products (construction/ hardware products)
• Supporting customers through the buying process
• Presenting the product in a structured professional way face to face.
Responsibilities:
Your duties would include (but are not limited to) as outlined below
As a technical sales officer, you'll need to:
• search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
• develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
• persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements
• analyze costs and sales
• meet regular sales targets set by Sales Manager
• To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results
• support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum HND with 1-2 years marketing or sales experience.
• Experience in Building and Hardware Industry would be an added advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Internet literate.
• Must be conversant with Takoradi/Koforidua market.
Location: Takoradi and Koforidua (two positions)
