Job Summary
• Review and monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and developing strategies to improve processes
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Acting as a liaison between company and clients
• Mentoring and providing leadership for all employees, including management
• Motivating staff to meet or surpass organisational goals
• Coordinates with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees
• Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
• Promoting communication between staff for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise
• Assists the CFO with financial projections and analyses of existing programmes and policies
• Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
• Collaborating with the CEO in developing five and ten year plans for corporate growth and evolution
• Manage service employees and train them in the latest leadership and technical skills so they can better serve our clients
Qualification Required & Experience
• Previous working experience as COO or a similar relevant role for (5 to 10 years)
• A degree in Business Administration or higher
• In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc
• Hands-on experience in fundraising, strategic planning and business development
• Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
• Familiarity enterprise IT applications and infrastructure
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
