Duties and Responsibilities
• Proven ability to perform and control the full audit cycle
• Ability to oversee risk management and control management to maximise operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance
• Strong sense of commitment to compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Determination of internal audit scope and developing annual audit plans
• Must possess collaborative and organisational skills neede to obtain, analyse and evaluate nencessary accounting documentation, organisation wide reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to present reports that reflect audit’s results and document the process
• Accessibility and ability to act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and achievement of goals
• Attention for details including ability to identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings strategies
• Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
• Excellent written skills, must ensure documentation of all audit processes, preparation and report of all audit findings
• Ability to focus and must conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Must undertake continuous professional learning and skills development regarding sector rules regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
• Ability to work with and manage a team

Qualification Required & Experience
• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Must be a fully qualified chartered accountant and with an ACCA, CA or CPA certification
• A minimum of 5 years experience as an internal auditor or Senior Auditor in a reputable audit firm
• Advanced computer skilss including MS Office, accounting software, and presentation skills
• Ability to consistently and accurately analyse large amounts of data and to compile detailed, clear reports
• Proven working knowledge of all applicable auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and industry regulations
• High degree of integrity, objectivity and aptitude regarding attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Must demonstrate a professional approach and attitude toward work
• Must demonstrate leadership skills and make sound independent principled judgments
• Age Requirement: 28 to 40 years
Location: Techiman, Brong Ahafo Region
