Role Purpose
- Performance of card printing, stock level authorizations, reconciliation, MIS presentation.
- Exceptions monitoring, maintain a strong stakeholder engagement with external parties, Business, GBS and other Group Project teams to execute day-to-day processing in line with SLA.
The Role Responsibilities
- Ensure cards produced correspond with daily cards requested and any discrepancies should be investigated immediately and resolved.
- Client Service must be at it pick; issues relating to card production must be resolved in accordance to TAT to avoid any escalation.
- Ensure all processes are followed by GBS and all reconciliation open items are closed within agreed timelines and no over ageing items.
- Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements and tabling dispensations or aligning controls.
- Ensure stakeholders are engaged always and required MIS reports are shared timely.
- Ensure vendors are engaged as per agreed timelines and all action points are closed timely.
- All incidents and complaints are closed within SLA or reasonable timelines.
- Demonstrate results of continuous improvement to the reconciliation process and tracking of issues within the unit.
- Provide at least 2 service improvement initiate to help improve the way we work by end of YoY.
- Engagement and documentation of evidence of stakeholders SRMs including third party in line with service standards with prompt feedback to stakeholders.
- Share update MIS and TAT reports to the efficient management of the cards shop (reorder level) and Stock levels to avoid shortages.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Degree holder
- 4 years Banking experience
- Analytical and good communication skills
- Stakeholder managements.
- Knowledgeable with excel and presentation skills
- Able to adapt and accept change
- Thorough knowledge of Card Operations processes
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
