Key Responsibilities
• Develop a unique business goal and determine the necessary action plans to meet those goals
• Have oversight of marketing and sales of products of the organisation
• Develop contingency plan for the marketing and sales directorate
• Provide strong and visible enterprise leadership, ensuring delivery of strategic and tactical responses to the ever changing environment, including customers and competitors
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a First Degree from a recognised tertiary institution in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of 7 years working experience, 2 years of which must be in a managerial position
• Knowledge of electronics and electrical devices is a distinct advantage
Skills & competencies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Excellent strategic, planning quantitative and analytical skills
• Team player
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Must be results oriented
• Ability to identify and evaluate alternative solutions to problems
• Ability to take timely decisions
Location: Accra
